I opened the Outage Maps Tool, but the map is not displaying.
Click the refresh button to open the map in full-page view.
How do I see outages in my area?
Click the zoom (+) icon in the upper left corner of the map, and then use the mouse to drag right, left, up or down to navigate to the specific location you want to view. You can also type your address in the Go To Address window on the bottom right of the page.
When I type in my address in the Go To Address window, the map does not zoom in on my address.
For customer security, the Outage Maps Tool does not display outage views to the specific street address.
How can I tell when my power will be restored?
Mouse over the outage icon (triangle shapes) for your area to view more details about the outage, including estimated time of restoration (if known).
I only see yellow shading - how do I view my outage?
During major outage events, the tool will present outages by county (highlighted in yellow shades, based on severity). To view more detailed outage views, use the zoom (+) icon in the upper left corner of the map to display additional detail.
