 Progress Energy Florida is committed to a transparent process as we begin identifying specific transmission needs in the 10-county region. As part of this process, we have initiated an innovative community outreach process called the Community Partnership for Energy Planning. The process involves a cross section of the local communities, including public officials, land-use planners, developers, businesses, chamber representatives, homeowners, environmentalists, and utility employees.
