Plant Information

Progress Energy Ventures' nonregulated generation fleet is comprised of four plants located in Georgia with approximately 1,800 megawatts of generation capacity. Each plant is designed to provide reliable, high quality energy products through both spot markets and long-term contracts.

All plant sites are strategically located near natural gas pipelines and power transmission corridors. The availability of these resources assures reliability in delivery.
