Our banner policy was developed to comply with the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), which requires a minimum of 11 feet of clearance from the bottom of the banner to grade.  The following lighting posts and poles qualify for banner attachments:

  • 13’ fluted concrete post
  • 16’ smooth concrete post
  • 16’ Masterpiece posts
  • Poles 25’ and higher made of wood, steel, fiberglass and concrete
