What is required to sign up for the first time?
You need to have access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address. You will be prompted for your account number and pin number (located on your bill), along with your bank account and bank transit/routing numbers. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your enrollment.

When setting up my payment method (wallet), where can I find my bank's transit/routing number and my checking account number?
The transit/routing number can be found in the lower left-hand side of your check. The checking account number appears to the right of the routing number. Note: If your financial institution has recently changed, these numbers may be different.

Can I arrange to pay from more than one bank account?

Do you accept credit card payments through e-bill?

How will I be notified when my bill is available for viewing?
You will receive an e-mail notification that a new bill is available for viewing and payment. Please Note: Final notices are not emailed for e-bill customers; they are mailed in South Carolina and relayed by automated phone call in North Carolina.

Can I still pay my bill by mail or at a paystation if I get an electronic bill?
E-bill allows you to conveniently pay your bill directly from your bank account. Paying your bill by mail or at a paystation after you begin receiving e-bills may delay the credit to your account.
