An e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password has been sent to your mailbox from Duke Energy's DoNotReply@pgnmail.com e-mail address.

If you do not receive the e-mail in the next few minutes, please check your Junk Mail, Spam, or Wait List folder to be sure it was not routed there in error. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or e-mail provider may use filters to prevent unwanted e-mails from reaching your inbox. Sometimes, these filters also block messages you want to receive. In most cases, adding the e-mail address to your contacts list will enable future e-mails to reach your e-mail box.

How to add Duke Energy's DoNotReply@pgnmail.com address to your contacts list:

• Apple – select "Contacts" > "New Contact"
• Boxbe – select "Add to Guest List"
• Gmail – select "Contacts" > "New Contact"
• Hotmail or MSN - select "Save Address(es)"
• Outlook or Outlook Express - select "Add To Address Book"
• Yahoo! Mail - select "Add To Address Book"
